Pollfold Multi-Store Survey — Terms of Service Effective: 15 October 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you, the business that installs Pollfold Multi-Store Survey on a Shopify store ("Merchant", "you"), and Lazy Labs (레이지 랩스), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea (business registration no. 289-24-02816; location: Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea; representative: Seunghyeok Im (임승혁)) ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms, including the Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") and the Privacy Policy, which form part of them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind it. Pollfold is for business use only.

1. Service. Pollfold shows a short multiple-choice survey on your store's Thank you and Order status pages, optionally with a short comment on answers you choose (such as "Other"), links each answer to its order, and lets stores you approve compare results for the same survey. You can optionally send accepted responses to Shopify Flow. Pollfold is provided by us, not by Shopify. We are solely responsible for the app, its support and any claims relating to it; Shopify is not a party to these Terms.

2. Access. You use Pollfold through your Shopify account. Each collecting store installs the app, approves its own store group connection, and can remove it at any time. You're responsible for the staff and collaborators you allow into your Shopify admin and for keeping your recovery key safe.

3. Fees and billing. Pollfold costs USD 29 per collecting store every 30 days after a 14-day free trial. Shopify bills you and its billing terms govern charges, taxes it collects, cancellations and refunds. You can cancel at any time by changing your plan or uninstalling in Shopify; access continues to the end of the paid period where Shopify provides it. Response volume isn't capped, subject to fair use: we may contact you and, after notice, limit automated or abusive traffic. We'll give at least 30 days' notice in the app before a price change applies to you.

4. Your data. Between us, you own your store's survey responses and other Merchant data. You give us permission to process it only to provide, secure and support the service, as set out in the DPA. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or combine it into cross-customer benchmarks. Aggregate service statistics that can't identify you, your stores or any buyer may be used to operate and improve Pollfold.

5. Your responsibilities. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect survey answers from your buyers, for your store's own privacy notice, and for the survey questions you write. Don't use Pollfold to ask buyers for personal information, health or other sensitive information, or anything unlawful. If you allow comments, Pollfold masks email addresses and phone numbers before storing them and tells buyers not to include personal details, but it can't remove everything a buyer chooses to write; handle comments as personal data.

6. Shopify Flow. If you turn on Flow for your store, each accepted response can start a workflow you design. Answers are matched to orders; they don't authenticate the buyer, and a forged answer could start your workflow. Actions your workflow takes are your responsibility and can't be undone by Pollfold. Use Flow for reversible actions such as tagging, not for refunds, payouts, discounts, credit or access decisions. Buyer comments are never sent to Flow. Each store can stop collection and Flow immediately from its own settings.

7. Acceptable use. Don't break the law or Shopify's terms through Pollfold, interfere with or probe the service, access another merchant's data, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.

8. Availability and support. We work to keep Pollfold available and secure but don't promise uninterrupted service. Support is by email at [email protected]. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what you've paid for, you can cancel.

9. Changes to these Terms. We'll show a notice in the app at least 14 days before a material change applies. Continuing to use Pollfold after that means you accept it.

10. Disclaimers. Results describe orders that answered the survey and may not represent all buyers. To the extent the law allows, Pollfold is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

11. Liability. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, or lost profits, and our total liability for all claims relating to Pollfold is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for fraud or intentional misconduct.

12. Suspension and termination. You can stop by uninstalling. We may suspend a store that seriously breaches these Terms or puts the service or others at risk, with notice where practical. Sections 4, 10, 11, 13 and the DPA's deletion terms survive termination.

13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the Seoul Central District Court, unless mandatory law where you are based gives you other rights.
